The V-type confluence conveyor with multi-input and single-out function accurately combines the carton and the tote into the main conveyor. The drive section is equipped with V-belt transmission to ensure high transport speeds and reduce noise. The single zone is equipped with an independent WCS control system to complete various information processing according to WMS instructions: straight/turn conveyor, 90 degree POP sorter (2500 boxes/hour), and cumulative conveyor.
The 90-degree POP sorting system is a technology used in the application for innovative patent applications to locate and transfer products at a rate of 2,500 cartons per hour or totes. The TSTM Universal Wheel Sorter is a multi-directional sorting machine that can handle a wide range of sizes. The company has introduced a more efficient sorter (8000 cases/hour) developed by high technology.
